Returns & Refund Policy

At Euro Art UK, we take great care to ensure all products meet our quality standards. If an issue arises with your order, please follow the process outlined below.

Notification of Defects

If you receive goods that appear to be defective or damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery or collection:

  • If the defect or damage was not apparent upon delivery or collection, will have 2 days to notify us.
  • Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the affected area when contacting us.

Once a claim is submitted, Euro Art UK will request that the goods be returned for inspection before any repair, replacement, or credit is considered. No replacement or alternative item will be sent out prior to the return and inspection of the defective product.

After inspection, if the goods are found to be defective, Euro Art UK will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair or rectify the defect and return the same item, or
  • Provide a replacement item (if repair is not possible), or
  • Issue a credit note for the invoice value of the goods.

Please note that a replacement is not guaranteed. If the item can be repaired to a satisfactory standard, it will be repaired and returned to you rather than replaced. Any such repair, replacement, or credit constitutes full and final settlement of the claim.

Returns of Non-Defective Items

Returns of non-defective goods are accepted at the discretion of Euro Art UK within 14 days of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in packaging suitable for resale.
  • Products showing signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
  • All returns must be pre-authorised by our team before shipping items back.

Return shipping:

  • If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, Euro Art UK will provide a prepaid return label.
  • For any other type of return (incorrect order, change of mind, surplus stock, etc.), the Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number.

Approved returns of non-defective goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This applies to refused deliveries, unclaimed shipments, or returns caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery details. This fee does not apply to items confirmed to be faulty or damaged upon inspection.

Custom or Special-Order Products

Products that are made to order, customised, or specially manufactured for the Buyer are non-returnable and not eligible for refund or exchange, except where they are found to be defective after inspection.

Liability Limitation

Euro Art UK’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product issues, order delays, or discrepancies.

All sales are made on a trade and business-to-business (B2B) basis. This policy applies exclusively to wholesale transactions. Orders placed through this website are assumed to be for commercial or resale purposes. Euro Art UK may request verification of trade status before processing or fulfilling orders. Consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, does not apply to wholesale transactions.

This policy forms part of Euro Art UK’s general Terms & Conditions of Sale. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in cases where such exclusions cannot legally apply.
