At Euro Art UK, we take great care to ensure all products meet our quality standards. If an issue arises with your order, please follow the process outlined below.
If you receive goods that appear to be defective or damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery or collection.
If the defect or damage was not apparent upon delivery or collection, you must notify us within 3 days from discovery.

Once a claim is submitted, Euro Art UK will require the goods to be returned for inspection before any repair, replacement, credit, or refund is considered. No replacement, refund, or alternative item will be issued until the goods have been returned and received by us.
After inspection, if the goods are found to be defective, Euro Art UK will, at its sole discretion:
Please note that a replacement is not guaranteed. If the item can be repaired to a satisfactory standard, it will be repaired and returned rather than replaced.
Any repair, replacement, refund, or credit is issued only after the goods have been returned and inspected and constitutes full and final settlement of the claim.
Returns of non-defective goods are accepted at the discretion of Euro Art UK within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Approved returns of non-defective goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This applies to refused deliveries, unclaimed shipments, or returns caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery details. This fee does not apply to items confirmed to be faulty or damaged upon inspection.
Refunds (where applicable) will only be issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected by Euro Art UK.
Products that are made to order, customised, or specially manufactured for the Buyer are non-returnable and not eligible for refund or exchange, except where they are found to be defective after inspection.
Euro Art UK’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product issues, order delays, installation costs, travel expenses, or discrepancies.
