International Delivery Information

Euro Art UK provides international delivery services to trade customers worldwide. Please review the information below for details on shipping times, customs duties, and return policies.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 12–25 business days for most international destinations.

Express Delivery: Available on request for an additional charge. Please contact us to arrange express delivery options.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on customs clearance and local carrier operations.

Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, order weight, and dimensions. Oversized or irregularly shaped items may incur additional surcharges, which will be invoiced separately.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees

Customers are responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their local authorities. Euro Art UK does not control or cover these costs.

If customs fees are not paid and the goods are returned to us, a 30% restocking fee and the return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund. Refunds will be issued for the product value only and do not include original shipping or customs fees.

Returns

International returns must be arranged and shipped by the customer at their own expense. A 30% restocking fee applies to all authorised returns of non-defective items.

If customs duties are unpaid and goods are returned automatically by customs or carriers, both the restocking fee and return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund amount.

Issues with a Product

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the issue. In confirmed cases of damage or defect, no restocking fee will apply, You might need to send the item back at your own expense.

Please note that Euro Art UK is not responsible for the reimbursement of customs duties, import taxes, or surcharges in connection with any returned goods.

Additional Charges for Existing Orders

If you have already placed an order and request delivery to a country not originally selected at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply. These will be invoiced separately before dispatch. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary due to fuel surcharges, global price changes, or courier adjustments.

Risk & Responsibility

Once dispatched, the risk in the goods passes to the Buyer. Euro Art UK is not liable for delays, customs inspections, or loss or damage occurring in transit after the goods leave our premises. All shipments are covered under the carrier’s terms and insurance policies.
